This really bothers me, and i hope some of you know what's causing the crash. and i draw the conclusion that, it might be an instrument rack filled with kicks, snares etc. I started to delete every miditrack one by one (So at the end i have 1 miditrack with instrument rack and 1 miditrack with sylenth1 vst). I have tried to use the exclusion method. The crash happens every time i try to access a vst, (In this case sylenth1).
I have a suspicion that it might be a leak in the memory that may be causing the problem. I'm getting nasty crashes when using Ableton at the moment.
